Hello, my name is Alex! I go by The Phở-tographer, a word play on my Vietnamese-Chinese heritage and my love of puns.

Growing up the middle child with two brothers has shaped me into an excellent professional third wheel. My interest in photography started when my little brother asked me to model for his assignment hours before his teacher’s deadline. Seeing the final print after fueled me to create my own work.

Photography has helped me embrace a curious perspective, to capture its beauty, and build strong relationships with the people I have the privilege of meeting during this journey. I can’t wait for one of those people to be YOU.
